		<description>I made this tonight and my in-laws came for dinner.  It was AWESOME!  I used fresh mushrooms instead of canned and just added a little more water. (I cooked the mushrooms with the onion and chicken at the beginning.) It does have a bite to it, but everyone had seconds.  Thanks Katie!</description>
