Wow- March already. I wish the cold weather was over. I love being able to cook something warm and hearty, but I think I am ready to move onto something a little lighter. Here is what is cooking for the first week in March.

Monday: Seasoned chicken breasts with garlic mashed potatoes and steamed carrots
Tuesday: Smothered chicken with onions and mushrooms, noodles, and broccoli
Wednesday: Beef pepper steak with white rice
Thursday: Vegetable Cheese Soup and salad
Friday: Baked salmon, buttered noodles, and green beans
